Rejet/lunchbox HELP!!!

so i finished putting in my new k &n lunchbox as wel as 147.5 mains and 40 pilots for jets.  I followed a wiki page:

(bike is stock except for the lunchbox filter)

and turned the air fuel screws 2.5 turns out...

Test drove it, and the RPMs return very slow to idle, and when I ride it, I cant reach even 9k,  i turned the screws to 3 turns out, noticed nothing  HELP!!!!

You have a pipe - if so try 150's and make sure you dont have air leaks and your floats are right ...
