ok im doing a rejet this week when i get my jets in the mail and i think my floats are abit low because i have abit of power loss over 8K rpm

note i am running stock pipe stock can stock jets stock air box with K&N drop in with restrictor removed could this make it run weak over 8K

so do i adjust the thing under that metal bit of the floats?

thank you for your time and please forgive me if you can not read or understand my post

what size jets did you order? I run 140 mains, one washer under the needle, and stock pilots and I have stock airbox with a uni filter, stock header, and a big exhaust can. I think I need the 40 pilot jets, but my main jet seem about right. I would sugest 135 mains as a starting point for your setup.

I couldn't tell what your picture is of.

Yeah, that K&N filter minus restrictor could cause you to run lean.  Rejetting will help quite a bit.

I'd say 135 sounds a bit rich, considering everything is stock except a K&N drop-in.  And he's got an 06 Nolan, so things will be a bit different than your set up.

Honestly...your postings lately are renewing my faith in you, deathlucky.

Good luck with the rejet/float heigh adjustment!  Post back and let us know how it goes.
