that is the way to go about it.  I have been burned once on ebay but with the help of ebay, paypal and CC dispute got all my money back and the seller was banned from ebay and his paypal account was frozen.

Yes I never take money directly out of my bank account unless it's for a friend ( .15  ).  Otherwise I use paypal to put it on a credit card, keep the money in the bank and when the bill comes I just pay it in full.

All the years and with all the stuff I have bought on ebay this is the first time something like this has ever happend to me.

One of the sellers has a 99.3% positive feedback score with 590 remarks left.  the other guy had only 19 feedbacks left but they were for expensive items and 100% most of his was as a buyer tho not a seller. 

Anyway hopefully will get my money back soon cc company said I won't be billed till this situation is closed, now I'm going to have to go and shop for a new helmet all over again

Why does "An's Fund" sort of sound like "Jerry's Kids?"  I think we need an official spokesperson.  Someone with a deep voice to make a commercial that we could audio-link to this site.  Something like this:
