how can i do the  Nickel wheels?

You talking about having the wheels nickel plated?  There's no way you can do it yourself, call up local plating shops and get a quote.  My guess is that it will be prohibitively expensive.  Not to mention how tacky it would look.

look in your phone book for some places that will do it locally.  Or you can do the exhange thing.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

Depends on the quality on workmanship some places have a 5 year warranty
