Hi All,

I thought it would be neat to put together a thread on photos of where you live and ride.  Here's a few shots from today's ride on an island west of Seattle:

Started the ride at my favorite restaurant, The Pub--Great food, great views!
This is a house I've always admired--it would be neat to go up into the lookout tower
Cool--Seattle's in the background
A nice view

I talked with the owner of this car for over 30 minutes.  He's spent the past four years restoring this Cobra.  It's funny, but now that I've been on this board and working on my bike, I understood most of what he was talking about!

theres some cool pics there. Guess I better start taking the camera on a few trips then.
The more I learn about women, the more I love my bike.

I'm glad I checked out the second page of Odds n Ends!

Great pictures!

Thanks for sharing!
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

good judgement trumps good skills every time.

Thank you, I've been meaning to do this for awhile now, but kept forgetting to pack my camera.  It's funny, but I initially started riding (a scooter) in order to get to locations to take pictures.  Once I stepped up to a motorcycle, however, I spent more time riding and wrenching than photographing.

We have such an amazing range of locations where we all ride.  I would love to see others contribute their photos to this thread! :thumb:

was that a "real" cobra?  if so I'd have sex with it.

The body's real, but everything else is Ford.  I think the fellow said that it had a small block Ford engine in it.  The pipes he had manufactured locally (Seattle).  He modeled it off some old racing dude's car.  It took him two years to get it up to driving condition and then four to get it to its present cosmetic state.  He's thinking about powdercoating the pipes either black or white, but not chrome.

who cares then?  Kit cars are cool, but there's a ton of them.  I might fondle a replica or two but I'd only bang one if it had carol's siggy on it.
