Well I finally got my helmet from the guy I bought it from on ebay, only took a month to get it :o.  Nice helmet tho.  Arai McCoy slide king  :thumb:.

Paypal had to give me a refund on the katana rim I bought, never heard from the seller and never recieved the item, really bummed about that one.  I'll be keeping an eye on ebay again for another rim

don't sweat the long waits...a lot of the people you'll buy from on ebay do not "ebay" stuff because they need to.  People like me sell stuff on ebay along side real jobs...so shipping can take a hair longer...

which reminds me that I have like 6 parts I need to ship out soon...7 with your mirrors...damn...

This thread is useless without pics.

Lol pic's of my helmet?  Here you go

I don't mind waiting for stuff but on the helmet he told me 4 different times that he would ship it out the " Next day".  Talked to him on the phone seemed like a super nice guy just real real busy, he did send me a pair of A* SP1's for free very nice gloves :).

On the rim I was told 2 weeks max.  Ok never got it left 5 voice messages and 6 emails never heard from him.

Like Mak said, some people list on ebay thinking they can take their time and eventually complete the deal. They usually cause most ebay bad experiences.

Unless you are located in a remote location, there's no real reason to delay shipping if you are serious about customer satisfaction.  Some people have no concept of the "Golden Rule" and would just go nuclear-postal if they were treated the same way.

I personally have had only one bad ebay experience out of over 250 transactions, both buy and sell.

I hate it when people take forever to ship something, if you don't have time for it, don't sell on ebay. It should go out within a few days after you get payment. Just like my motorcycle, he told when he revieved the payment he would ship it out, so I next day aired the certified check to him and he had it by 9am, then he said it would go out that day, then he said monday, then tuesday he calls to confirm the ship to, then I call for a tracking number on friday, and he says it didn't go out till thursday...wtf! On tuesday he said it was on the dock. So it should be here this wednesday or thursday.

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.
