I done got me a new bike!

I picked up my '05 SV1000S yesterday just outside of Wichita, Kansas. It was a three hour drive each way. I'm totally in love with this bike. The front end doesn't want to stay on the ground! I bought it with 1,800 miles for $6500. Near mint condition, just a few small scuffs here and there. (Notice my temporary tag about to fly off in the last pic)

In the last two days I have put about 500 miles on the dang thing. I got hounded by my supervisor at work today, because I couldn't keep from staring out the window at my new toy in the parking lot and not being very productive for most of the day.

oh yeah..

This thing makes some serious torque! I love it!

congrats, beautiful bike. If I were you I'd get one of those fender eliminator kits, theres a lot of plastic back there. My .02

Super Sweet.I have my Eye on a left over 2003 Copper colored one at the Local Suzuki Shop.Just wish I had a Spare $5300.

I realized that after I saw an episode of "Super Bikes" on Two Wheel Tuesday. I don't want people to think I am a f-ing squid. I like the features of my jacket, and its very comfortable, but I am looking to switch to Alpinestars or Joe Rocket sometime.

Sweet! I figure when I ever move up (2-3yrs) I would like the same thing.
I was wondering, do they sell farings for the SV1000 like they do for the 650??
