ok guys, i am getting a ticking noise coming from where the front sprocket is. i can hear a ticking noise, and i can feel it through the foot pegs, both of them, but mainly the left. which is the side with the front sprocket of course. I had recently installed a 15T in the front, so tomorrow b4 i head out i am going to take the cover off that covers the front sprocket and make sure nothing is loose.  any other suggestions...

tighten your chain, lower your bike, or lift your engine,
i wouldn't worry about it if thats all it is. mine rubs as well.

I think they're supposed to lightly run over the plastic guide. If you changed the front sprocket without changing the chain it's possible they aren't mating properly. Unless it's really annoying it may not be much to worry about. Everytime I adjust my chain I get excessive noise for a day or two.

im going back to a 16T and leaving it.  No more modding this thing this year, b/c i might get rid of it this winter.  Otherwise if i dont, then i will do something...  thanks guys!! ive had the same reply on a few forums, just to go back to a 16, or even maybe going 3 teeth smaller on the back and the 16 in the front, might do better, but im not worrying about it, thanks again!
