Went back & found it.
With my hours, I'm lucky I'm here at all.

Noticed you used to race bikes (cycling). Still ride?
I use to train/race but had to stop after i was involved in a car accident & f****d my left knee up.
Can still ride but racing is out.

sucks about your knee. I dont ride much anymore, just once a week if I'm lucky. Want to get back into it a bit more. I might use a local century ride in March as motivation to get back on a regular schedule. I raced cat3 road racing for about 10 years or so. Did a bit of track racing too, just a bit. I wouldnt even consider racing again-too much training time is required.
