Think my starter went===Sticker Shock

Damn. Was just checking on prices for a starter on Ron Ayers and Bike Bandit. 230 and 286 respectively. Looks like I'll keep bumpstarting the GS for awhile. Actually, this winter I'll take it out and take it to local shop and have them rebuild it for like 50 bucks. But 200 bucks for anew one is shitty.

Jake I'll be tearing my Motor Apart this coming week I'll see you my Starter for $50.It only has 5500 Miles on it.

Nope the Motor I'm installing has a Kickstart.

Sorry for the totally noob question, but what does "bump start" mean?  Several people have used this term and I'm not sure how it's done / what it means.

Push the Bike and Jump on the seat while letting the Clutch out in Gear with the Ignition in the on Position.

works better on a hill or if you have someone pushing you. I usually put the bike in second gear when i do it.

Reeded T500. Going to be Kinda Like a Yamaha RZ350.It will be running Reed cages from a Yamaha Banshee/RZ350. That is if I can Make the Frame fit the Motor.The front Down tubes for the Frame is going to be in the way of the Head Pipes. I think I can Modify the Frame with an X Brace right in the Middle of the Down Tubes and Cut the Outer Tubes so the Pipes will be able to come thru.Either that or Put a Brace above and Below where the Pipes will come thru and Bend the Tube Inward while trying to Keep the geometry straight.

I'm going to see if I can Find someone to Photoshop the T500 Motor into my frame just to get an Idea of What it looks like.
