Someone mentioned putting the Katana 4.5 " Rim into the RGV swingarm.
  Will the same problems arise that a 160 tire on the (Katana) 4.5" rim causes chain interference?



Thanks for the thread & keep us posted on your progress dgyver, this is all very interesting. A little bird told me quite a few people run RGVs up at NHIS and parts are plentiful  :)

ill talk to some of the guys on the rgv forum im on and see if i can find ya something :thumb:
never like blowing up rgvs, but it always happens :D damn 2strokes soo much fun but sooo much work

oh yeah whats a Buddha Loves You pad?? passenger seat? :icon_mrgreen:

found a couple of seats, still waiting to here back about fairing
pod filters, costum r6 quill exhaust(no baffles)40/140 jets, heavy duty springs, sv650 rear shock, gsxr srad tail, bandit 600 4.5 inch rim with 150 tyre, gsx twin disc front end "1995 pocket rocket"  ridden by a kiwi in scotland

Not sure yet about the tire clearances. There is more room to adjust the wheel but then there is chain alignment. A different sprocket carrier may be a possible fix. There are plenty of good options in a 150. I probably will post pics when done.
