Black Friday ACH Ride 11/24

I was thinking of hitting the crest on friday. Anyone in the LA area interested? Unless of course you HAVE to hit the sales those days....
I have a new rear tire gotta properly scrub in...has about 70 city miles on it, but no real twisties yet.
Maybe 9:30 at the Shell station?

Check over at Socal-sportbikes.com to see if anyone is organizing a ride.... I heard that there might be a Palomar Mountain run from the LA area, but I'm not a big fan of that road AT ALL! Too Dangerous.

I would have gone, but my bike has its race skins on for tomorrows trackday at Cal Speedway in Fontana...

what was up with the rumor that a bike burned to the ground somewhere on AFH? anyone else hear that ruomr?

yes. bike did burn up there. dont know the whole story. only ever saw something like that at the track a couple years ago-Aprilia Mille burst into flames after lowsiding-race gas exploded. Same for another bike I saw that happen to, a gixxer thou.

I hadn't heard anything about this...while we were up there, nothing notable to report, just good, cold, riding!
