Name something and explain it.  I'll start.

Expect the unexpected.  This is incredibly hard to do because it's an endless cycle.  The instant you accomplish the task at hand you're forced back to square one, because the unexpected becomes the expected and have to start all over again by thinking of something you haven't expected.

Being outside your comfort zone...

This is for anything.  Basically, people have a set zone that they are comfortable with doing daily things.  As soon as they are asked to go OUTSIDE that zone, people will hesitate and maybe even NOT perform.  Does this make sense?

Firing someone. Even if they are a good person, they don't get their job done. That's hard.
Then replace them and retrain.

I guess the Hardest thing I have ever done is try to pull the Strainer basket in my bosses pool back up into place after it got sucked full of Leaves the Pump Sucked it down past the lip where it rests on.  After a couple of Hours Straining and Prying a set of Tin Sips made it a whle lot easier to get out.
The next most Difficult thing I ever had to do is get a 12ft long x 48In Tall Log Unlodged between another tree and a Rock ledge with a Cant Hook and 2 Come Alongs. It took 6 straight hours.

Te Next Difficult thing I ever had to do is get a 1 ft Air Hammer Bit Unstuck out of the Ground.0" was sticking out of the ground. After repeated Attempts of Pulling it out with a Backhoe we Had to drill next to it and Blast it out. :mad:That took close to 4 Hours.

I'm sure I could come up with a few more but I'd be Typing all night. :icon_lol: :icon_lol:
