What do I  need to buy to mount a headlight. Im thinking about taking the fairing off but how would I mount the headlght anyone know? and do lowering links add a more sporty effect or would it look stupid if there was no fairing and lowering links. let me know

To turn it naked, you need:

Headlight (lens)
Headlight (bucket)
Headlight mounting brackets (go over the forks)
Headlight "rabbit ear" tabs (connect the brackets to the bucket)
Mirrors

Everything fits over the stock forks, just as it did since 1989. Look at the parts fiches.
