Online Service Manual?

Does anyone have a service manual online for GS500? Or maybe someone can give me the bearing selection cross reference tables.  I don't feel like waiting a week for the manual before I can order the bearings I need.

Wheel bearings??? they are 6303. I bought Koyo's and one word of advice on bearings...buy the double sheilded ones and take off the seal on the side you are going to be hitting when knocking them in. After they are seated then put the seals back. I didn't and the sheilds got damaged a bit...of course I pulled the metal sheilds off the old bearings and put them in the new one.

I'm not sure what you mean by "bearing selection cross reference tables".

But if you just need the OEM part number(s), go directly to http://www.bikebandit.com, choose "OEM (Stock) Parts" from the dropdown list, and keep going....

When rebuilding an engine you have to find the specific bearings it requires for the crank, rods and counterbalancer. Because of different machining tolerances at the factory the size of bearing required differs from engine to engine . They stamp the cases, cranks and rods with letters and numbers (that stand for O.D. of crank and I.D. Specifications of cases and rods) and you use a cross reference table in the service manual to determine what size bearings you need.
