I finally took the head and cylinders off and took one of the pistons out, but how do I get to the other one?  The one that I took off was raised so that I could reach it, but the other one is down in the engine and I cant reach it to remove it.

What am I supposed to raise it so that I can reach it?

Thanks

You will need to crank the engine.  Take the cover off of the right side and turn it carefully with a large socket/wrench.  Don't remember the exact size.  19mm?

Yes it is 19mm.

If the motor is still in the frame, you can also put it in gear and use the rear wheel to turn the crank.
Common sense in not very common.

Hold up the cam chain while turning it and feed it in while keeping it taut.
Cool.
