Your problem then isn't the coils. Its the wiring or the crank trigger.
Oh wait a sec ... auxillary ground. Yea that ... disconnect it and you lose a cyl. Different bikes you lose different cyls.
Cool.
Srinath.

If he has a good, blue spark on both sides, then it's not a bad ground.

Did you try the starter fluid squirt test?  I was convinced my carburetor was clean as a whistle until I tried that and realized that the non-firing cylinder would fire the same as the other one with some starting fluid.  I went and cleaned the carb like two or three more times (it had been sitting for about 3 years with gas in it) and got it running like butter.

Not yet, finals are owning me this week. I plan to try it tonight. I'll let you know! Thanks again for everyone's help!!!

Tried it and the left cylinder runs for a bit with the starting fluid with the right plug disconnected. Going through the carbs again now....

Got the left cylinder running. Don't know what was wrong. Just gave the carbs another cleaning.
Now it idles at 3k, time to adjust the idle screw and test ride. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Congrats.  That's exactly what happened to me.  I needed something to REALLY convince me it was the carb.  Then I cleaned it like crazy.

Ok i had same problem 3 weeks ago. In week i changed 4 spark plugs and all was a new.
I m sure when u start your bike in first running , u have unknown vibration and then suddenly bikes open with flashback and back to normal mode.

So if you dont have synchronic valve timer to fix that dont try to touch your carb. You left carb recivie more fuel and less air and therefore u burn the sparks.

What u need to do now :::

Find someone that know how to use synchronic valve timer machine to check your carb and make new settings. You cant do that as you see or hear by your self ,  this is very sensitive settings.

And that alll , you will fix your problem.Untill that dont use too much your bike cause every day u can burn new sparks

If u have a any question contact me by zeda3000@hotmail.com i will explane all.
