Hi !..  part of my winter project is swaping in a Kat600 wheel and a 150 tire...   currently I have Airbrush's carbon fiber hugger on the back ( which will go up for sale afterwards).. I want to put on a new hugger but havent found anything definitive  ( THIS WILL WORK ).. I tried to fit up a SV650 hugger at the suzuki dealer here and it doesnt look like i would be able to make it work...  does anyone else with the Kat wheel swap have any suggestions ??   I dont mind a bit of  mod'n to make it fit.. as long as its possible...
Thanks,
Mike

Yeah, the SV hugger will not work, it is much wider than the GS s/a. A Bandit 400 hugger may fit.

Sadly I said (before they were for sale) that his huggers should be made to accomodate wider wheel/tires than stock...but no one listens to me.
Common sense in not very common.

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

not sure Where I'm gonna find a bandit 400 hugger around here...  and I'm not too keen on buying a brand new one just to see if "maybe it should " fit..   any other options or suggestions ?

my huggers are made to fit up to 140 tires....stock are 130's. The majority of gs people run stock rims and tires....having a wider hugger you will have it hit the bottom splashgaurd under the seat with suspension travel....that is why it is designed as it is.

airbrush's hugger looks AWESOME on the bike...   it fit the purporse when i bought it.. and I wasnt intending on doing all this work to the bike THIS winter... but.. well the money let me.. so i'm goin for it... Looks like my hugger is already spoken for by gsrider...  I mayhave to run with no hugger :(  unless Airbrush can make me a one off..  :icon_lol: :icon_lol:
