Hey.. I've looked at the WIKI for seats but only found the one company in france, and the two in the US for custom seats.. Does anyone know of a decent place in Ontario ???  My wife complained last season that the seat was a bit hard on her toosh, and I'd like to look into the option of getting the foam contourder/added along with gelpacks..  anyone know of some good places ?
Thanks,
Mike

I'm in Peterborough and my wife had the same problem with her 1982 Honda CB 750 saddle.  We ended up just going to a regular upholstering shop who did chairs and couches and the like.  They can take the padding down to the metal and re-pad the saddle.  Then you could choose from a series of different leathers or vinyls for the cover.  That might be worth looking into.

There's an upholstery shop on Hwy 7 in Guelph near the automalls that does a really good job (And reasonably priced), but the name baffles me right now. Maybe look in the yellow pages??

How much did you pay?

It was $95 in Peterborough.  I think it can get more expensive if you want trim or special fabric / foam.  The GS Saddle is pretty straightforward though.
