I know, I'll get blasted for asking a Kawi question. But I'm checking out a bike for a friend and I'm trying to find some info on GPZ 1100's.
As in, are the reed valves on the emmisions control necessary or can I just block them off. If anybody knows, or knows where I can find the info I'd appreciate it.

Block them off at the point they connect to that funky roll over thing. Dont block at the head. That may be a point where it does need to take in air due to venting requirement.

YEah don't block at the head...causes all sorts of running problems.
