Those are the restricted inlets alright, they bring the HP of the bike right down for to allow for European learner laws. You usually find on UK spec restricted bikes that there is also a sleeve in each carb`that prevents the slider from opening fully but they might not be fitted to Danish spec` bikes, dunno for certain. If you fit the unrestricted inlets you will need to Re-jet to compensate for the increased flow through the carbs`. Here in the Uk you can (or used to be able to) buy a kit from the dealer that contained all the parts required to de-restrict the bike.

As sledge said. Looks like a 33bhp restrictor kit to me. In england you require one for two years if you take your full bike test and pass at 17 years old. I had to have my restrictor kit fitted professionally so it comes with a certificate which is required if i was ever to be in an accident to prove my bike was restricted. Usually the people who fitted the restrictor kit will remove it free of charge or at a reduced rate sometimes. If you don't have a certificate of restriction then your best bet is to contact your local bike mechanic or a dealer and ask them either to tell you how to remove the restrictor kit or to put you in touch with FI international. FI International are the sole produces of restrictor kits for european bikes i believe, google them and you will find them at the website. However i am not sure if you can contact them. I certainlly know they won't sell restrictor kits to you directly you have to have one fitted, whether they will tell you how to de-restrict a bike is a different question. All bikes are restricted slightly differently. Intake boots there, also washers in carbs, washers in airfilters, exhausts on EFI bikes they fit a small electric device to restrict them. Best to contact your local bike mechanic or FI internation to find out how the bike is restricted and how to go about de-restricting it. If law allows you where you live dependant on your license.

The rulez are almoust the same here in Denmark, from 18 to 21, 34 Bhp

My age is 33, took my MC license at 30, so i got the big license 

Must find, some new boots then.
