Alright so I remove the 2 bolts to the caliper, remove the bolt to the wheel and got it off to be changed for  new rubber, I reassembled everything together and now I get something is rubbing..

The disk on the wheel, is rubbing on the caliper (the rivet part that holds disk to wheel)
<sounds like chack-chack-chack-chack>

I double checked the install diagrams and I did not place any part where they are not supposed to...

Anyone have any idea ? this was not happening before I removed the wheel..

Patrick ' I knew I should let a suzuki mechanic do it for me...Arrrgh'

hit us up with a pic of the assembly.  It'll be easier for us to see if something's out of place than to just guess.

Only thing that comes to mind is to be sure you put the caliper on correctly and to make sure you put the wheel spacers on the correct sides.

okay here are the pictures

this on shows the marks on the rivet of the disk brake where is rubs

This one shows the caliper and the rubbing part (sitting in palm of hand in silver) seems to be part of the carrier bolt sticking out.

another angle on the caliper assembly the "bolt" sticking out is at the bottom

this shows the left side wheel bolt assembly

right side assembly of the wheel

another angle

an finally when I look at the front wheel, it seems offside to the left..am I right or not?

I dunno about the clack clack noise... but you should look into getting some new brake pads.

Yes I realize I need new brakes (the bike is going in for new brakes, chain and sprokets next week)

anywyays I beleive I solved the problem, the left fork bolt (one seen on picture) was loose, I pulled away the fork until it was flush with the castle nut on the end of the wheel nut and tightened it up... no more rubbing. (now to know if this was the right thing to do..lol)

took it out for a quick spin, no more rubbing...

No it's not the right thing to do, you'll cause binding and excess wear in the fork assembly.  The pinch bolt at the bottom of the "right" fork tube should be loosened and the front end bounced up and down and then retightened.  But before you do that there seems to be something else wrong, the wheel is too close to the right fork leg (left as viewed from the front)  Is it possible that the lug on the speedo drive on the left side is up behind the left fork leg?  That lug should not be behind the fork leg, it should be rotated up against it afer you tighten up the axle nut.  It could be pushing the wheel over towards the right fork, also make sure speedo drive is engaged properly.  It does look OK in your picture though, maybe the right leg was just sprung in a bit.

Check your axle too, if it gets bent that also can happen, I usually take the castle nut off, and the rotate the axle from the other end and if the wheel moves all around while you turn it, thats bad.

The distance from the bolt to the carrier bolts on the rotor is close as hell to begin with, damn suzuki   : :icon_rolleyes:

I wanted to thank all for the tips, I took it apart 3 more times, and it set right as far as I could tell properly,so I brought it to my yamaha local dealer (independant bike dealer actually that sell yamaha bike and air-stream trailers, that services any motorcycle (country life = delears are no wherearound. ie closest suzuki place is 22 miles away from me) anyways, one of their mechanics is a 10 year veteran suzuki mechanic, I talk to him what I did, he looked at it and said looks right, I needed brakes anyways, so he will check axle, and the front wheel assembly. and fix it. (grin)...
