Frame Touch Up ?

in the form of i want a perfect bike , i look on my frame and theres tiny discolouration bits , maybe four in total, is there any type of touch up paint ,for it ? , i have the sorta gun metal grey sorta colour , if not , any advice how i could paint the frame , ?

Discoloration?  What kind of discoloration?  Rust?  Use Nevr-Dul brass cleaner, is leeches the dirt and rust out; available at lamp stores, and some grocery stores.
