thanks everyone.
First of all i will change the oil. Now i use YACCO 10W40 .
Before rebuild the engine the oil was MOTUL 10W40 .

I will use again MOTUL.

- the new oil has NO effect. the sound do not want to go...

- i changed that part (mentioned above) but no changes!! "that sound" was not affected.


Same clack-clack-clack sound  at idle with hot engine and random!!!


So .... any ideas ?

Set the valve clearances at the low end of the recomended limits.
You're past the high end. 1 thousandths to 3 thousandths of an inch.
Can shaft end play, yes possible, and if you can move the cam shafts side to side by hand more than 1/4th or so of an mm its possibly going to make noise.
The cam chain tensioner may be also a possiblity, but that will be rattly not clacky.
