Me again with my idle problems...

With the throttle cables, is there any way to adjust the rotation of the throttle grip, other than the idle stop? Inside the throttle perch housing or at the carbs? Is it possible to shorten the cables?

I'm almost positive the switch to the sm handlebar has messed up my idle
