First, please use a verbal description rather than a 2:30 video which, depending on bandwidth, takes forever to load.  You'll get more help that way.

It could be happening because the tube from your primary tank outlet to the petcock is kinked, restricting fuel flow.  On reserve, the fuel is getting to the petcock through a different line and is unimpeded.

You said in the video that it "accelerates fine."  However, it appears seriously sluggish to my eyes (in the "on" position).  Check the routing of the primary tank outlet to petcock hose.

Sorry for the spelling errors, but English is my 2nd language. You are right about the "sluggish" acceleration, what I meant is that it doesn't die when I roll the throttle open. I'm following the routing diagram on the service manual, and I'm so confused because it shows the tank shutoff valve facing the left side of the bike, yet everyone is saying it should face towards the right (facing the drain tube that comes out of the tank).

Is there a pic of the correct of the fuel line routing diagram?

Yeah the bike is running lean when on the ON postion, when you rev it it takes way to long for the revs to come back down. My guess is that the floats are probably lower than normal or something, check you fuel lines

I reversed the fuel lines, and now is not doing the accelerating thing, could the frame mounted valve be broken or something?

I forgot to say tha I think my bike its from California, I say this because I see there is a charcoal canister and there is a line that runs from the lower carbs to the canister.

I still think there is something wrong with one of the hoses (like a major kink causing a tiny flow).  Check to see that none of the hoses in between the valve and the tank are kinked or pinched.

Once that is resolved, you may have some other issues to resolve (float height, idle settings, etc.).

When you initially posted about your problem (not this thread), was the valve in the ON position or RES?

When I first started having problems, it was in the On position.
Now the bike its running, with the hoses connected on oposites sides.
