Quick question -

For a racing only bike, what are the best options for reworking the suspension? What do I need for the front and rear ends? Will SV-650 parts fit without too many mods??

I guess an SV front could be done.......... but I know a GSXR front can be done and which would you rather have the front off of a true sport bike ( GSXR ) or off of a sport-tourer ( SV )
As far as the back it seems that the Katana rear shock is the way to go as it's adjustable and bolts directly in :thumb: :thumb:

dgyver

The options are really only limited to how much modifications you are willing to do.

GSXR, Katana, SV front ends all have been modded to fit. Most of the time it is just the stem that requires some form of mod.
GSXR, Fox, Penske, Ohlins shocks all can fit with some modification to the upper mount. I have had Fox TC shock on 2 bikes and various GSXR shocks other bikes.

Best, easiest, and cheapest are not necessarily the same thing.
Common sense in not very common.
