I seem to be a magnet for these people?!?!?!?!?

I encountered a customer today who came in to pick up a fax.  This is his second time this week.  The first time, when I asked him his name (to verify that the fax was indeed for him) he gave me a HUGE attitude...  "It's from NY."  "That MUST be it since it JUST came in"  "blah blah blah..."

He refused to give me his name or who the fax was from.  We do this to ensure that we don't give another person's fax to a total stranger (and faxes sometimes contain CC numbers, SS numbers, etc...)





Sure enough, as soon as I ask him his name, he does the same old shaZam! with me, but on his second try, he rattles off the name of the person who sent the fax.

That's enough proof for me.

As I'm ringing him up at the register, he then proceeds to say, "Don't give me this crap about security shaZam!...  You're doing this because I'm Muslim."

I then started to tell him about the CC and SS numbers, and then I stopped...

"dwha???"


[I pause a second]


"Sir.  How would I know that you are Muslim?"

Him:  "Because I JUST told you!!!"

I then decided to NOT ring him up, and told him he could pay at the cashiers at the front of the store.

Him:  "So you don't want my money because I'm a Muslim???"

"Please don't ever come back Sir."




















Just to clarify...  I DO NOT HATE MUSLIMS
