THAT I ORDERED THESE SONIC SPRINGS!

I can't recommend the product or the company enough. They kept me updated with emails from the day I placed my order until the day I got my springs (about 2 days after they shipped them, 4 days after I ordered them, with one of the days being Easter Sunday).

The springs went in my new forks (thanks SPCTerry!), which are a little uglier than my old ones, but they hold oil, and that's a plus. It was a Buddha Loves You and a half to get the fork caps on with the new springs and the new spacers. I'm gonna double check my calculations tomorrow, to make sure I set the spacer length right.. cuz the front end feels higher than it should, I think.. but I've been riding around on busted forks for so long that I could have just gotten used to the low ride height, and now it's just back to stock. Thoughts from people with racetechs/sonics?

For anyone who does a future search:

I weigh 135, about 150 with gear, I got .8 rate springs, and I used 5w synthetic fork oil ($16 a bottle, it was all the shop had in stock in 5w) on the recommendations of Brian (AlphaFireISADOUCHEBAG)

I also took my old fender brace, painted it black, and took spc terry's fender brace and painted it black, clear coated both of em, then put em on top of each other and installed. I know it's not as good as a Srinath fork brace, but it's gotta be better than just one stock fork brace.

I also got the oil changed today (I didn't break off an oil filter cover stud.. go me! I also haven't leaked all my oil on the ground yet.. I think).

Was gonna put the dual headlights on, but the forks took longer than expected. I'm working on the wiring diagram for the lights now, so that the angel eyes are on with the ignition, as well as the left light, and then the right light comes on for high beam (Should I wire them so that when the high is on, the low is off, or so they both turn on? Would that be too much of a draw?). Then I also want to wire in a switch so that if I want to turn the angel eyes on, when the bike is off, I can leave em on (They're LEDs.. the minor power draw shouldn't be a tax on my battery if it's only for an hour or so, should it?).

I know having the two lights run at once would be a kinda large power draw, so I'm going to convert the dash to LEDs eventually, to free up some power, along with integrating the rear signals when I can afford to buy Dave's integrator. (After I pay Dave back for his bike... )

Ok, I was just feeling accomplished, and thought I'd share. Goodnight all!

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.
