hey guys, i'm having problems with my 2005 gs500f, i can't put it into first gear with out the bike shutting off...i can feel the clutch draging when i put it in first gear and hold the clutch in and push the bike...so i know it has to do with something in the clutch. but i've adjusted the cable, that didn't work, i've taken the whole clutch apart and every thing looks like it should...i don't know what it could be...and help would be apprectiated...thank you in advance...

either bridge it out or replace it.  i've got a spare brand new OEM one that came with my bike, that I'll sell ya :thumb: .  Mine is just bridged out, as is the clutch sensor.   very rarely I make a complete fucktard of myself and try to start it in gear  :icon_rolleyes:  but I'm just always very conscious of the kickstand ( mostly cuz I use the centerstand)
