643cc 85mm build

So, I have heard tales of 643cc motors but have yet to see any evidence of anybody actually building one. I have searched to find only testimony of a bored moter and no pics or specs. I can Nikasil cylinders and we have two gs500's a colegue and I are building for our wives and we would love to split a 1340 kit.

My questions are directed at anyone who has built or attempted to build this setup.

Is the geometry of the 1340 pistons the same as the GS500 pistons as far as Pin position/ pin size?
Has anyone had problems with snapping cranks with this size of bore. (ours will be balanced with the new piston weight)

I'd like to get this on the go so any help is appreciated.
