Grabby front brake

The front break has become very 'grabby' but I've gotten used to it. It doesn't pull in smoothly and sometimes I have to squeeze it REALLY hard to get it to stop the bike (quick stops). Like it should lock my front tire but it doesn't. That's how hard.

Brake fluid -- good, clear, changed it recently

any ideas?  :dunno_white: :dunno_white:

I would bleed the system, otherwise you could have a bad caliper or master cylinder. How old is da bike?/?
