so, im putting the swingarm back on my bike. i get the wheel on and then i put the chain on. double-checked all of the bolts. everything is torqued properly. it all looks good.

i sit back to admire my work... and then i see the chain slider sitting next to the bike.  :mad:

lame. sometimes....

That sucks. At least you did not ride it that way.

spent the past 6 months and about $200 troubleshooting carbs only to find out that there was an extra spacer  under each needle that I had personally removed and installed about 10000x. The P.O. installed it so I just figured it was stock.  I was ordering parts and noticed it didnt appear on the schematic. Pulled it and voila. Soo many wasted months I could have been riding.
