Need screw id / size and thread

I need to replace a missing screw on the bike.  If you are sitting on it, it is on the left fork, holds a little metal bar that is wrapped around a cable to keep it away from the wheel.  The lower one on that fork is not the same screw size.  I cant find parts schemes anywhere...tried the seach here and the internet.  Thank you in advance.
