02 GS500 not running

I am pretty new to this bike & setup, after winter storage, the bike took a long time but finally started, however, once warmed up and at idle, touching the throttle would bog the motor and stall.

I removed and cleaned out the carbs and jets, now the bike wont start at all.  There is fuel to the cylinders, but the spark seems pretty weak.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
