Just located them 145's. Your kit is ready to go ... as long as I know who and have a payment and address ...  O0

that was probably me!  I just bought the K&N lunchbox, which requires a rejet.  I'm also doing the ignition advance.

I think you were going to make a kit for the lunchbox, and another set of jets for after I do the exhaust.

Thanks for your help bud.  I'll send $ via paypal thursday if that's cool!  Just PM me with the paypal info!

Any new news on the exhaust setup you're working on?

Thanks again bud!   :kiss3:

Yea, I always had 150's which you'd need after swpping pipe and lunch box. before pipe is 145. Lunch box and stock pipe will = 145. Lunch box and pipe = 150.
Cool.

THAT'S the little tidbit of info i was looking for lol ... free flowing exhaust + Lunchbox = 150 mains . I finally got it ... now I can quit bugging the crap outta you guys  :thumb:
(except on the idle jets lol ... I know , it's something like one washer under it .. i'll know what ppl are talking about when I actually see it for myself on my bike)

The Buddha

WTF ... its washer under needle and air screws set to 3 turns out. Not washer under the air screw.
40 pilots, 150 mains, 3 on air screw 1 washer under needle. Set floats to top of float bowl and eyeball synch the carbs and try it. Cannot be simpler. Look at ALL O-rings and clean them all, look at diaphragms and they shouldn't be ripped etc.
Cool.
