So, did the rejet last night. got everything put all back together. found two phantom hoses. Figured those out, got it started. Runs AWESOME.

I did the stock exhaust, lunchbox, 20/62.5/142.5 setup like the wiki says, and I am pleased. I think I need to work the mix screws a little, but I'm loving this.

Oh, also, my jets came in packs of 4, so I have extras.
Anyone want to buy a 20/62.5/142.5  set?

I will look at that tonight. In looking at the table in hte wiki, I thought it said that there are already two when stock. Is that not correct?

With that same set up, I was running 22.5/65/137.5 and I think it was absolutely spot on.

How does your rejet affect gas mileage?
I put a shim under each needle on my Concours, ran better but mileage dropped.  So I put it back to stock.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
I live in theory- everything works there!

I'm running 40/150 with nothing under the needle and getting 55mpg hwy and about 40-45 in town.   It does f%$king acceleration wheelies in first :o :o  Of course thats with a exhaust and lunchbox :thumb:

I'd be interested.  Santa Rosa isn't too far, either, so pick-up or cheap shipping.

It seems like a difference of 5 in the main jets is pretty substantial.  Is there a reason for so much variation?  I've seen 20/22.5, 60/62.5, but then a big range in mains...
