Not so much the peak maximum at top revs, its the fact that it will run everywhere in the rpm range without a bunch of uneven spots, its the fact that it will start and in 30 seconds hold idle on the coldest day you have around your parts, it will run cool and it will self destruct at a slower pace. OK Yea you pay for it at the pump, but you make power and manage engine heat a 100 times better ...
PS: OK I was talking about rejetting without a DJ kit. try a factory kit if you must, atleast they use similar needles to stock and Mikuni jets.
