confirm components please

I'm just confirming my thinging.  Is part #9 the coper bushing that is teflon coated and installed at the bottom of the inner shock tube?
Also iIs part #3 the bushing that resides in the top of the outer shock tube?

Confirmation: #9 is the bottom copper bush which goes on the end of the fork tube ( it goes into it's groove on the end of the tube)
                   #3 is the top bush it goes right after the bottom bush on the fork tube followed by #4 and the oil seal
