Hey guys,

I'm 21 from York, Pennsylvania. Just got my 2004 gs500f last saturday. It is my first bike, did a lot of reading about what bike to get and decided on this(over a supersport

). I took the MSF as well, got my class M endorsement, and have been riding it the past couple days. It's raining now, or I'd probably be out. Anyway, great forum. Look forward to posting some more.

It's nice to see someone that's done some research and picked the trusty little GS ... you'll love it , and you'll also love these forums ... good people , and from what I understand , it's the most comprehensive bike-specific website on the 'net , so you have a wealth of information at your disposal here

No mods as of yet. Was looking to get rid of the fender, however. Oh, and the name isn't from Ed Edd and Eddy, although I've got that before. It was from lock stock and two smoking barrels.. lol
