I've had my bike taken apart for a while, and I was going over it last night to see if I'd still be able to put everything back together without problems...

everything looks OK, I just don't know where the other end of this hose attaches...

It's a black hose, connected to the upper "T" valve between the 2 carbs.  I don't know where the other end of the hose attaches LOL...

Thanks!

Believe it or not, nothing. It just goes over the top of the airbox, I think there was a retainer there. the other end is open.

+1, and I'll add this...the carb vent hose, the airbox drain, and battery vent hose are all "gathered"  on the right side of the bike with a big flexible clip that holds them together, just behind and slightly below the footpeg on that side.
It's not how fast you go, rather "how" you go fast!

Er, actually... that's not the carb vent hose down there, it's the tank overflow with the airbox drain and battery vent.

All of those wonderful toxic overflows, right onto the ground, lol. Take that, environment! I will also confirm that the hose in question should just be a vent hose.

When I ran the carb hose over the top of the airbox, it smashed it and the poor GS ran like total crap....  When I ran it around the side of the airbox, problem solved!   :thumb:
