Now that I've got the bike working, I've discovered that I'm only going between 2 and 2.5 gal before I hit reserve.  I'm filling on the centrestand to the bottom of the filler neck.  Tank has been repainted and Kreemed.  What's going on here -- was the bike a 'vice' transporting vehicle in a previous life?!  :dunno_white:

What year is the bike? On my 1996 I usually only get 3 gallons in after I hit reserve.
1996 Black GS, stock except for where previous owner broke things

About 2.5 gallons before hitting reserve for me.  '94 GS500ER.

Ok, so I feel a bit better.  The bike is a 93 GS500EP.
