GS FRONT RIM

I am just wondering if anyone knows if the '89 front rim is the same as the '94 front rim. From what I have found on the internet it seems to be but I would like to set my mind at ease if anyone knows for sure.

From everything I've seen and read the front wheel has never changed except in color.
