I am going to be doing my first track day soon.  And have been considering buying vortex clipons.  During searching ebay I found these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/37MM-BILLET-6061-CLIPONS-FORK-CLAMPS-HANDLEBARS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35587QQihZ011QQitemZ320098920199QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V

Does anyone have any experience w/ this seller or the product they are selling?  I would love opinions.  Thank you.

100 buck clip-ons are 100 buck clip-ons
it's a chunk of AL with some holes in it
not a got to have item to get to the track
good gloves/boots/BACK PROTECTOR/leathers / lid / are more important
also fresh tars
want Iain's money to support my butt in kens shop

For the non rednecks ... he does not mean your racetrack needs to have fresh tar on it.
You need fresh tires on your bike. You know ... black, round, holds ar.
Cool.

All my gear so far has cost me more than the lil' GS.  900$ bike w/ about 1400$ in gear :)

Just purchase some nice BT090's.

black...round...holds air....hahahaha

You'll actually like the bars more than clips.  Bars are easier to manhandle the bike.  Actually a good set of MX bars would be better.  Clip-ons were designed to pull your body in closer to bike...for ground clearance and wind resistance...not because they're just better for the track.  I doubt you'll be riding hard enough to need something other than the stock bars.

Yep, got them from stickboy.  That guy seems like a good guy.  My tires came very quick.
