yeah we have instructors on base we just dont have a course to hold the class. o yeah from what i hear it is bad if you get caught riding on base

The words benefit of the doubt. 2 opportunities, Leavenworth, and dishonorable discharge were all mentioned. He was telling our boss a story about a young Corporal who failed to take his MSF after being warned 2 times by his CO. Apparently just having a M endorsement does not excuse you from taking a riders course before riding on base.
