i know there are few exhaust choices out there. i like yoshimura, ive owned a GSXR in the past, and had a full ti system on it. i always recommend yosh to my customers (i work a parts counter) ive seen alot of posts, write up's mentioning a yosh as a good exhaust for the gs. when i go to the yosh website, i only see TRS slip-ons for the 05-07 models. is there a full system available?

anyone put the new TRS's on a gs500e? i *imagine* they would fit. OEM part numbers for the exhaust of the E and F models are different, but they appear almost if not entirely identical. i want to say ive seen clips or write ups of gs500's with yosh RS-3's on them, but they arent listed on the website either. looking for clarification.

not sure what to do, if im going to bother with exhaust i want the *most* peformance gain, so im thinking full system, but i really have a distaste for V & H. (no offense if you have/like them).

also, i dunno about the look of the TRS on a GS, seems like over kill. $500 exhaust on a $999 bike seems...odd. dont get me wrong i like the TRS, but wondering if the RS-3 would look more appropriate. looks is a secondary concern to peformance though, so id get a TRS if thats the thing to do...

:dunno_white: any advice?

pwned myself with the search feature....doh... :cookoo:

Now Alpha will have nothing to say!     Actually, he wrote most of that article.

I was actually wondering about the TRS.  Haven't heard much about it around here or seen it in any pics, but I imagine it's a straightforward slip-on.  Also haven't seen it stocked anywhere, at least with the GS500 part number.  They stock plenty of TRS cans for other bikes, though.
