I used 22mm Craftsman sockets...

They're about the right length (~32mm), the right diameter, and won't be damaged by fork oil.

Except they are heavy, expensive but other than that some sweet fork spacers :thumb:

Not heavier than steel pipe of the same diameter, and I had 3 of the things for some reason, so two of them could justifiably go inside my forks.

I used 3/4" pvc end caps I picked up at LOWES. They have A ID of 3/4" and two OD one is 1"1/16 and the other is about 1" so you put the larger diameter in 1st. I stacked two on end to give me about 1.5"(38.1 mm) in length. Cost about 40 cents each so $`1.60 all together worked great! :thumb:

The RaceTech kit comes with spacer material (aluminum alloy tubing) and lots of washers. Just cut to length.

I could have used a saw, but using a pipecutter I had very little cleanup to do.

No idea -- standard I think.  I had 3 in my toolkit, so 2 extras, so I just used them :)
