Yes the shock will fit. I have the same one. Most take off the adjuster knob and cable. You can just reach in your hand and adjust (rebound). The preload adjusts just like stock.

you didn't have to do any griniding or such to get this one to fit did you?

No grinding on this. I bought and sold some last year for $20. That's just a guide. This year I paid $25 at a different wrecker to send to redlineracer from this list.

thanks Srinath. I'll keep that in mind when I bid. Do you leave the adjuster cable on or just take it off?

I remove them...When you get it you'll see it is sorta tacky looking.Also I think it will interfere with the top bolt fitment. Anyway the ones I had that had this un damaged I sent to the people that bought them...and I believe they took it off.
