Hit 25,000 miles on my 2002 on my way to work.
Have not used it much lately for any longer trips.
Too damn busy at work to get in much riding time.
Going to take it to the Adirondacks this weekened along with my KLR250.
Family going to spend two weeks there.
I'll have to go back to work a week earlier so I'll be commuting 328 miles to NYC. 
Too hot on my DL650 so I'm taking my convertible GS500.   :)
GS500 still runs like a new bike.
Besides tires, sprockets and one battery it's been smooth sailing.
Just one oil leak from the stator gasket.
No quirks whatsoever up to this point.

ive done maybe 500 miles . if that , spent to much time making it the  sex !

Just passed 50,000 miles on my 02 GS, work no longer interferes with my riding.    :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
407,400 miles in 30 years for 13,580 miles/year average.  Started riding 7/21/84 and hung up helmet 8/31/14.

I also have 35,000 miles on my 2004 DL650.  Just passed 35,000 miles this week.
I posted a 35,000 review but I guess it got deleted.
Not GS oriented I guess.
Hey Jack looks like you are in NE Ohio.
One of these days maybe I'll meet you half way.
I was up in the Adirondacks the week of Americade but did not go to Lake George.
Usually I have the Adirondacks all to myself.  :)
