Tattoo artists can do pinpoint or tribal tattoos in any city. You may be able to do it by yourself.
But that tattoo design is a bit different. It is not common, as it requires a special skill.
I have no doubt that he has full tattoo of classic design on his back.

All in the uk buddy , hes had about 20 diff artists working on it ,alot of them are cover ups of old tattoos, the last bloke who he went to is the bloke im getting sleaved from , hes good used to have a tattoo parlour , now works from home , spent in the excess of 16,000 USD on them tho...
